Boxer Property Buys 2 Dallas-Area Office Buildings

Law360, Dallas (November 27, 2012, 7:17 PM EST) -- Boxer Property Management Corp. has acquired two Dallas-area office towers with a combined area of more than 300,000 square feet from Parmenter Realty Partners Co., the company announced Monday.

The company bought the 13-story Bank of America Tower in Plano and the three-story Rochelle Park office building in Las Colinas.

Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, but Andre Pereira, Boxer’s acquisitions director, said in a statement the buildings were bought on “a very attractive basis.”
