1st Circ. Lets Evanston Duck Sexual Harassment Coverage

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 3:48 PM EST) -- The First Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a lower court ruling denying the former owner of a clothing company coverage from Evanston Insurance Co. for sexual harassment claims launched by a former employee, ruling that arbitration already established that his alleged conduct was excluded from Evanston's policy.
