Parmenter Pays $85M For Prudential Office Towers In Fla.

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 6:44 PM EST) -- Parmenter Realty Partners has picked up two Class A office towers for $85 million from Prudential Real Estate Investors in a Tampa, Fla., market that experts predict is poised for a comeback, broker Cushman & Wakefield Inc. announced Tuesday.

It was unclear whether Miami-based distressed property investor Parmenter used its $500 million fourth fund to finance the purchase of the office towers known as Island Center and Waterford Plaza.
