Ex-Penn State Admins Ask To Delay Sandusky Cover-Up Hearing

Law360, Philadelphia (November 28, 2012, 7:19 PM EST) -- Former Penn State administrators Gary Schultz and Tim Curley on Tuesday requested that a Pennsylvania magistrate judge delay a preliminary hearing on allegations that they covered up reports of sexual abuse of children by former assistant coach Jerry Sandusky.

The hearing, scheduled for Dec. 13 in Dauphin County Court, is to address recently filed charges of endangering the welfare of children, criminal conspiracy and obstruction of justice against Schultz, a retired senior vice president, and Curley, former athletic director, as well as former Penn State president...
