Enviros Ask Pa. DEP For Tougher Evaluation Of Gas Facility

Law360, Philadelphia (November 28, 2012, 3:30 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania environmental group Monday asked the state’s Department of Environmental Protection to reconsider its approval of the expansion of a natural gas facility owned by Williams Partners LP and Chevron Corp., because of the precedential impact of the assessment on future Marcellus Shale development.
