Louis H. Kozloff, formerly chief litigation counsel at Harleysville Insurance, has joined the firm’s office outside of Philadelphia as part of the insurance coverage practice, while Matthew S. Vuolo, formerly corporate counsel for U.S. business law at MetLife, has joined the New York office in the institutional litigation and consulting practice.
