Southern Union Owes $19M For Plant Fire, Insurers Tell Jury

Law360, Houston (December 3, 2012, 8:11 PM EST) -- A group of five insurance companies on Monday told a Texas jury that Southern Union Gas Services Ltd. should pay for $19 million in repairs to a West Texas natural gas refinery co-owned by SandRidge Energy Inc. that burned down in 2008.
