Icahn Not Backing Down From Oshkosh Proxy Fight

Law360, New York (November 29, 2012, 2:22 PM EST) -- Billionaire investor Carl Icahn said Thursday he will continue his battle for for heavy equipment maker Oshkosh Corp. if he gets at least 25 percent of the shares in a tender offer set to expire next week.
