Calif. Appeals Court Greenlights Merced Wal-Mart Center

Law360, New York (November 29, 2012, 5:07 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Thursday affirmed a lower court decision allowing Wal-Mart Stores Inc. to move forward with development of a distribution center in the city of Merced, ruling that the project's environmental impact report was properly reviewed and approved by the city.
