NY Quietly Publishes New Fracking Proposal

Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 3:23 PM EST) -- New York State authorities published a new set of proposed high-volume hydraulic fracturing regulations on Thursday evening, describing a large swath of the central portion of the state that could be opened to gas drilling and setting off alarm bells among environmentalists.
