Journal Register Seeks OK For Stalking Horse Bid

Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 4:20 PM EST) -- Journal Register Co. asked a New York bankruptcy judge Friday to approve its plan to sell itself to stalking horse 21st CMH Acquisition Co., a unit of hedge fund Alden Global Capital LLC, for a $117.5 million credit bid and $1.75 million in cash.
