Apple Says It Knew Nothing About Alleged Juror Bias

Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 8:03 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. on Friday said its attorneys had no knowledge of bias by jury foreman in their patent dispute after arguing earlier this month that any knowledge it might have had is irrelevant to Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd's bid for a new trial.
