Texas Judge OKs $66M Award In Hospital Investor Suit

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 8:48 PM EST) -- A Texas judge entered a $65.8 million judgment against a Texas attorney, First National Bank of Edinburg and a health care management group that investors accused of conspiring to take over three Texas hospitals, slimming an earlier jury award of $118 million, attorneys in the case said Friday.
