Mirant Claims Stay Put In Castex $300M Mineral Deal Row

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 2:47 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge ruled Friday that factual disputes prevented Castex Energy Inc. and a Mirant Corp. entity from tossing each other's claims in a lawsuit alleging Castex violated the companies' right to purchase agreement in a $300 million mineral property rights deal.
