Computer Sciences Gets $1B In Credit Unit Sale To Equifax

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 1:19 PM EST) -- Technology services firm Computer Sciences Corp. has agreed to sell its credit services branch to business information company and longtime partner Equifax Inc. for $1 billion, in line with a plan to shuffle its portfolio to focus on other assets, CSC said Monday.
