Law360, Dallas (January 1, 2013, 5:28 PM EST) -- The Texas energy boom that filled state coffers in 2012 will drive the 2013 legislative session as lawmakers are expected to take up bills addressing pipeline eminent domain, improved infrastructure around the Eagle Ford Shale and fracking safety regulations.
