Litigators Fear Emboldened Obama Regulators In 2013

Law360, New York (January 1, 2013, 3:18 PM EST) -- Litigators will be eyeing government agencies in 2013 to see how quickly and aggressively the re-elected Obama administration will move to enforce and expand regulations governing financial institutions, employers, health care providers and others.

The administration's expected increase in regulatory action will keep litigators in various practice areas busy with enforcement actions and subsequent private lawsuits, attorneys say.
