Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 6:07 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Friday refused to release documents from patent litigation over Pfizer's Neurontin to a class of plaintiffs accusing it of inhibiting the epilepsy treatment's generic rivals, saying their allegations weren't enough to overcome attorney-client privilege.
