CH2M Billing Suit Put On Hold For Tentative Settlement

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 7:20 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Monday paused the federal government's overbilling lawsuit against a unit of contractor CH2M Hill Companies Ltd. over employees' cleanup work at a nuclear site, giving the two sides time to hammer out a final settlement.

U.S. District Judge Lonny R. Suko stayed deadlines in the federal case against CH2M after the two sides reported Friday that they had reached a deal in principle to end the case.
