Samsung, Like Apple, Asks Fed. Circ. To Seal Info In IP Suit

Ltd. has become an unlikely bedfellow of Apple Inc. in urging the Federal Circuit on Friday to seal certain financial records presented in the companies' patent infringement litigation, saying rivals would use the information to compete unfairly with the South Korean smartphone maker.
