Patent Firm’s Global Plans Could Lead To Suits

Law360, New York (November 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An up-and-coming patent-holding company’s plans to raise as much as $1 billion to help global inventors patent ideas and to buy existing patents has reportedly raised concerns that the firm may soon be headed to the courtroom to reap revenues for the use of its intellectual property.
