Austin Votes To Ease Parking-Space Minimums For Businesses

Law360, New York (December 6, 2012, 9:55 PM EST) -- The Austin City Council on Thursday approved a pilot program that will reduce the number of parking spots required for certain commercial business properties, as well as set in motion the legal process to craft a new rule allowing a business to count parking on city-owned parks in certain circumstances.
