LMI Pays $247M To Pick Up Peer Aerospace Parts Maker

Law360, New York (December 6, 2012, 6:23 PM EST) -- Aircraft parts maker LMI Aerospace Inc. will absorb fellow Missouri firm Valent Aerostructures LLC, which also supplies components to the aerospace and defense industries, in a takeover valued at nearly $247 million, the parties announced on Thursday.
