Teamsters Tell DC Circ. DOT Eased Mexican Trucker Standards

Circuit on Thursday to put the brakes on a cross-border trucking program with Mexico, claiming the U.S. Department of Transportation is holding Mexican drivers and trucks to lower medical, safety and emissions standards than their American counterparts.
