Penn State Sandusky Cover-Up Hearing, Trial Postponed

Law360, Philadelphia (December 6, 2012, 3:57 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania judges on Wednesday postponed two court dates over the alleged cover-up of sexual abuse committed by former Pennsylvania State University assistant coach Jerry Sandusky because of pending motions by the defendants.

A magistrate pushed back a preliminary hearing, which was scheduled to start Dec. 13, on charges of endangering the welfare of children, criminal conspiracy and obstruction of justice against former Penn State president Graham Spanier, Gary Schultz, a retired senior vice president, and Tim Curley, former athletic director.
