Calif. AG Sues Over 'Fly Delta' App's Privacy Policy

Law360, New York (December 6, 2012, 10:39 PM EST) -- California Attorney General Kamala D. Harris on Thursday hit Delta Air Lines Inc. with a privacy suit, alleging that its smartphone app that allows customers to check in for their flights does not contain a privacy policy, in violation of California law.
