Equant Says It's Not Liable For $108M In Back Rent

Law360, Dallas (December 7, 2012, 9:31 PM EST) -- Telecom giant Equant Inc. told a Texas judge Friday that allowing an AT&T Inc. subsidiary to install equipment at its premises in a maximum security Dallas data storage building wasn't a breach of its lease, in a $108 million dispute brought by the building's owner.
