Zurich Wants Out Of Covering Aluminum Co.'s Defect Defense

Law360, New York (December 7, 2012, 4:21 PM EST) -- Zurich American Insurance Co. on Wednesday asked a Pennsylvania state court for a declaration that it is not obligated to defend or indemnify aluminum maker Sapa Extrusions Inc. in an underlying suit alleging it knowingly sold defective products to another manufacturer.
