CAA Must Arbitrate Ex-Talent Agent's Unpaid Bonus Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (December 7, 2012, 9:38 PM EST) -- A California judge on Friday ordered Creative Artists Agency LLC to arbitrate more than $5 million in claims brought by a former CAA talent agent who accuses the high-powered Hollywood dealmaker of shorting him bonuses and vacation time.
