Supreme Court Won't Weigh In On Private FLSA Settlement

Law360, New York (December 10, 2012, 5:16 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court said Monday that it wouldn't review a lower appellate court's decision to accept a private Fair Labor Standards Act settlement, leaving in place a ruling that a group of movie crew members said created a circuit split.
