Dynegy Gets $23M From Auction Of 2 NY Power Plants

Law360, New York (December 10, 2012, 10:02 PM EST) -- Dynegy Inc. on Monday announced the successful auction of a pair of upstate New York power plants brought in a total of $23 million cash, marking an important milestone in the bankruptcy of the Houston-based power and energy services provider.
