Nintendo, Sony, Others Targeted Over User Interface Patents

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 5:28 PM EST) -- A Texas-based patent holder filed a round of lawsuits on Monday accusing Nintendo of America Inc., Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. and others of treading on a patented method for generating composite images via a user interface through the companies' video game consoles and mobile software.
