JPMorgan Exec Sued Over Damage To Luxury Sublet

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 2:21 PM EST) -- A JPMorgan securities broker was hit with a lawsuit in New York state court Monday by his former midtown Manhattan landlords over $132,000 in damage he allegedly left upon vacating an apartment he'd leased from them.

Mark Glasser, who previously worked for Lehman Brothers and testified in the 2011 bankruptcy hearings, is accused of destroying several large pieces of furniture, including sofas and a bed and various other pieces of decor, during his one-year lease in the apartment at 200 E. 65th St.
