Agency Info Protected In Grumman Pollution Row, Judge Says

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 1:33 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Monday rejected a bid by Northrop Grumman Systems Co. to force Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. to turn over documents obtained from government agencies in a coverage dispute over pollution at various Grumman facilities and landfills.
