Pa. Lawmaker Blasts New Unemployment Benefits Rules

William Keller pressed state regulators Monday not to approve new rules requiring jobless workers to prove they are looking for work to continue receiving unemployment benefits, saying the rules unfairly burden claimants and defy the intent of the state Legislature.
