Wyndham Case Could Boost FTC Commish's 'Unfairness' Fight

Thomas Rosch continued his crusade to stop the commission from deeming privacy practices "unfair" as opposed to "deceptive" — an effort welcomed by industry but dependent on a pivotal case pending in Arizona federal court, attorneys say.
