Calif. Bill Proposes Jobless Benefits For Illegal Immigrants

Law360, San Diego (December 12, 2012, 10:33 PM EST) -- A California lawmaker said Tuesday he had introduced legislation that seeks to allow for illegal immigrants who qualify for work permits under a federal program to receive unemployment benefits and other government assistance.
