BAE Systems Wins $400M Contract To Service Navy Aircraft

Law360, New York (December 13, 2012, 9:22 PM EST) -- BAE Systems said Thursday that it won a U.S. Navy contract worth up to $400 million to maintain and service more than 300 training aircraft, replacing incumbent contractor Sikorsky Aircraft Corp.

The company will perform inspections, repairs, modifications and logistical support for T-34, T-44 and T-6 trainer aircraft operated by the Naval Air Systems Command.
