Judge Set 'Impossible Standard' For In-House Attys, ACC Says

Law360, New York (December 14, 2012, 8:07 PM EST) -- The Association of Corporate Counsel urged the 11th Circuit on Wednesday to reverse sanctions imposed on TD Bank NA and Greenberg Traurig LLP for alleged discovery failures, saying the decision effectively creates an "impossible standard" for in-house counsel to follow during the discovery process.
