Jury Clears Southern Union In $56M Suit Over Refinery Fire

Law360, Houston (December 14, 2012, 4:26 PM EST) -- A Texas jury found Thursday that Southern Union Gas Services Ltd. was not responsible for a fire that destroyed a West Texas natural gas refinery, ending a suit brought by five insurers seeking $56.4 million in damages.
