US Home Loses Suit Over Contamination Shutdown Costs

Law360, Chicago (December 14, 2012, 3:42 PM EST) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge dismissed the last remaining claim Friday in U.S. Home Corp.'s suit seeking millions from the federal government in connection with environmental contamination at a former U.S. Army facility in New Jersey, citing a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling that bars jurisdiction.
