Ohio Gov. Floats New Plan To Raise $3B For Road Projects

Kasich launched a campaign Thursday to generate $3 billion for highway construction using project bonds and matching funds, reversing course from a plan he floated two years ago to raise cash by leasing out operation of the state's turnpike.
