Apple, Intel, HP Duck ITC Microprocessor Patent Row

Law360, Washington (December 17, 2012, 1:48 PM EST) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission judge determined Friday that Intel Corp., Apple Inc. and Hewlett-Packard Co. microprocessors and computers did not infringe three X2Y Attenuators LLC patents, nixing the chances of an Intel chip import ban for now.

In an initial determination, Administrative Law Judge David P.
