Colo. Gas Pipeline Owners Can't Shake Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 3:01 PM EST) -- A Colorado federal judge on Friday declined to throw out a natural gas driller's suit accusing a pair of pipeline owners of unfairly restricting access to their gas transportation network, refuting the argument that the antitrust claims already had been adjudicated.
