Law360, Philadelphia (December 17, 2012, 4:35 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court on Friday rejected a public sector union's argument that a requirement that employees file statements of financial interests under a code of conduct violates their right to privacy, but still granted a preliminary injunction halting the disclosures.
