Princeton Int'l Inks $100M Deal For Bryant Park Office

Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 6:56 PM EST) -- Princeton International Properties Corp. has purchased the 20-story, 210,000-square-foot office building at 104 W. 40th St. in Manhattan from real estate private equity firm Savanna, a spokesman for the seller confirmed Monday, in a deal reportedly worth more than $100 million.

The newly refurbished building near Bryant Park will bring Princeton International's New York City portfolio to eight offices, retail and residential assets and divest Savanna of one of its more successful debt acquisition and recapitalization investments.
