Docs Urge Abolition Of Medicare's Sustainable Growth Rate

Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 3:06 PM EST) -- A coalition of specialty doctors Friday urged congressional leaders engaged in high-stakes debt talks to scrap Medicare’s system for determining physician reimbursement rates, adding to a growing chorus of stakeholders who say the current framework fosters financial uncertainty and impedes investment.
