Fired Public Worker Asks High Court To Review ADA's Scope

Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 6:03 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court ought to resolve a circuit split about whether Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act — which prohibits discrimination in public services — permits employment bias claims, a fired University of Oklahoma worker said in a petition for high court review.
