Ex-NFL Player Urges High Court To Consider Benefits Spat

Law360, Washington (December 17, 2012, 7:18 PM EST) -- A former National Football League player urged the U.S. Supreme Court to review a Fifth Circuit decision upholding a league disability board's right to deny him degenerative benefits stemming from his injuries on the gridiron, claiming the lower court gave the board too much deference.
