Dechert Hires IP Partner From Cleary Gottlieb

Law360, New York (September 13, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Joshua H. Rawson has left Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP to join Dechert LLP as a partner in its intellectual property practice in Dechert’s New York office.

Rawson focuses on the intellectual property and technology aspects of domestic and international transactions, as well as the legal issues related to electronic contracting and the Internet, Dechert said.

Rawson also has extensive experience in IP-related dispute resolution, and has litigated and arbitrated trademark, patent, and copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation cases, according to the firm....
